Improving life one cube at a time
The tactile activity of the cube as well as the exercises help to focus outward and create a safe environment for a healthy detachment of your current emotional state so you can gain control and feel centered again.
When I experience anxiety, I find relief by engaging in the repetitive action of playing with the cube. This activity serves as a distraction when I am stressed. In situations where this doesn't work, I resort to one of the exercises available to alleviate my anxiety.
